About a non permanent restarined orden?..i mean ,someone told me the worst can happen its that the judge can decide that i have to keep it and leave it permanent .Does anybody knows about it?
Its just that my ex stepfathe put cameras on my room to watch me change my clothes and my husband got mad on him and they figth but my husban did not hit him ,but then my stepfather put a restained orden to get me out of the house so he could get rid of the evidence (the cameras) ,and we are waiting for the hearing ,im concern about it cuz we did not do anything to him but he is saying that we hit him ,its true that we shouted him and all that stuff but we did nothit him ,and he has money to pay witness that say that we really hit him.

Was there anyone besides you that saw the cameras? Your husband? Can you afford to speak with an attorney on this? Maybe, afford one for the hearing? If not, maybe you could find one who would possibly represent you pro bono-no charge. If you look in the phone book, some attorneys offer a free first half hour consultation. All you can do whether or not you have an attorney rep you in court, just be honest with the judge. You will have your turn, your ex step-father will have his turn, you will have a turn to do a rebuttal-reply to what he has said. If a trial type hearing, both sides have the opportunity to ask the witnesses questions. I wish you the best. Take care.

If you're concerned that he's destroying evidence, then you shouldn't waste time worrying about the restraining order. You don't need to go anywhere near the house, and doing so would probably just give him more to use against you. Just report him so the police can investigate it.

my god, that is awful!! i don't know the worst that can happen, but you should definately be pressing charges or something on your stepfather for doing that and you shouldn't worry about the restraing order, why would you two want to be around him anyways??
