ok i dont know how to word this with out getting a violation but i was talking to my muslim freind one day and she said it was against islam for a married couple to engage in a certain sex act lets say they cant go thru the back door is this true or not?

It is a genral knowledge in Islam that sodomy is not allowed. Muslim leaders and doctors (as in religious professors) do come up with quotes from Islam's main figures to prove it was not allowed. But it's said nowhere in the Coran itself.

Any sexual act that does not lead to the possibility of conception is frowned upon if not banned by most religions including Christianity. I think it is also still against the law in some US states?

All sex is allowed in Islam, EXCEPT anal sex, which is forbidden in most religions. It also is not a healthy practice.
