Toddlers need naps and reasonable bedtimes. Dont let your son sleep too long in the day or too late in the day that he wont go to bed at night. My daughter goes to bed at 8pm.
Each family faces their own set of obstacles in being able to set and stick to bedtime schedules. You have to find a pattern that works for you and your kids.
First of all, don’t feel guilty for creating an early bedtime – it’s the right thing to do healthwise for your little one. And secondly, the goal isn’t perfection, it’s to create a rhythm of family life that’s meaningful to you.

I would say between 7:30 and 8:30 but I guess it depends on what time he wakes up in the morning.
(I wish my son would go to sleep at 6:30 or 7 when he misses his nap!! He just fights it and fights it even more and ends up staying up later than normal.)

I was putting mine to bed at 7-7:30 at that age. By 3, they were generally over taking daily naps, though, so it was easy to get them to bed. Limit his naps and establish a set of evening rituals - dinner at a certain time, bath time, read books and go to bed. Kids thrive on structure!

All little ones are diverse - it quite relies upon what works on your baby and what your daily recurring is like. in the journey that your baby has to upward push up early contained in the morning - they decide on to flow early to mattress, in the journey that they have a nap contained in the day, a later bedtime should be better effective. In our residing house bedtime is versatile. There are days at the same time as my 3 a million/2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous is going to mattress already at 6:30 - if he has had a hectic day and needs to flow to nursery the subsequent morning. maximum days that is in the route of seven - 7:30 as his dad does not come residing house till 6 and that is wonderful for them to have time jointly. If we were contained in the motorcar and he has had a nap, he does not flow to mattress before 9. and then there are days were we've travellers or are out and bedtime then should be 10. Being versatile works properly for us - many times previous by using mattress one evening skill early to mattress the subsequent day. It extremely relies upon on at the same time as he looks drained. i for my area discover that those days he needs better sleep than at the same time as he grow to be youthful. per chance he learns, strikes and grows better in the present day. desire you hit upon a time that works for you.

11:00 is too late. I'd be pulling my hair out by then. I'd say between 8 and 9. You need to think about when he goes to pre-k and has to be on a schedule. You be glad if you instill this now.
