What's a simple (ideally free) video editing program?

Nothing fancy - just something that will cut, copy and paste.

if you have windows XP then windows Movie maker was free with it.
It may not have been installed though.

Otherwise www.videohelp.com . they have a lot of information and suggestions on software.
