What makes him so attractive to women? I dont think he's as physically good looking as someone like brad pitt or leodicaprio.

I think he is better looking than those you mentioned. He seems like a gentleman, great accent, beautiful smile, sparkly eyes....very sexy ~ which is either there or isn't. With Pierce, it is definately there!!

On screen, he's a got the demeanor of a gentleman and is flirtatious at the same time. He knows he's charming and is confident with women. The suggestive seduction that he knows his way around a woman and how to take care of her in bed is tantalizing. He's got a smile and eyes that make my knees go weak, and he knows just how to use them to seduce a woman. He's a man, but the boyish charm is adorable. The accent is mysterious and sexy. He's got the looks and the attitude all together in one heart stopping package.
By this point in the fantasy, I could care less about the rest of his physique (although I know he's a fine looking man without his shirt on too judging by the other James Bond scenes).
Brad is good looking, but he doesn't have the James Bond attitude. I can't get all excited about Leonardo. He looks like a boy.

It's the eyes, and that fantastic smile. Brad Pitt is okay, but not in the same league. DiCaprio doesn't even reach Pitt's league.
