wash you're hands with soap and water and then grab a metal spoon or butter knife and rub it on you're hands. they also sell little rubbing metal kind of soap look alike at the dollar store to get rid of the smell. a spoon will do the same.

Wash your hands with dish soap, under running water, while also washing the sink faucet. Something about the chemical reaction with the stainless steel sink hardware is supposed to get onion smell off your hands.

Lemons work well, but I prefer my scent eraser. It looks like a bar of soap but is made of metal. It not only takes care of the onion smell, but fish and garlic as well.

from now on soak the onions in water for a while before using them the smell and acidity will not be there once you cut them and you will be just fine.

Other than that just use an antibacterial soap to wash ur hands with warm water.

Lemon is a great cure. Just rub some on your hands. Also, SoftSoap makes a good kitchen hand soap with lemon that works really well, too.
