Can I record TV prgorams from that and put it on a DVD then share it on the net? Is the dazzler a little device or something?

Yeah but can I atually record from the TV or do I have to record from the computer? I'm fuzzy on that

Yes you can do that. But also depending on your computer too. You can upgrade to certain video cards and watch TV on the screen and record like TIVO. Except your hard drive is the TIVO in a matter of speaking. You would have to check on this though. But this way when not getting TV, you would get the upgraded video pics and watch streamlining video too. Have you ever listened to music or watch a newsvideo and it was choppy - play for 10 seconds, buffer for 10 secs, then play again. A video card could help with this too, beside help on the TV watching and recording.
