Well I'm 19 the one I wanted to talk to is 25. Six years over me. Society and family frowned at me when they found out due to our age gap. As long as you know the truth nothing else should matter. And don't be scared you have no reason to be, be bold and step toward your opposition.

Age means nothing. My life-partner is 15 years older than I am, and we've been together for 9 years because we don't let silly things like age get in the way of our love for each other. Do what's in your heart, and what society thinks doesn't matter.

Who cares? It's 2007. There's only 8 years between you, not 30... so what's the big deal? And if she makes you that happy you'll be too occupied to care when society is frowning on you.

I'm 36 and my boyfriend is 28. No one cares. His family loves me because I straightened his a** up, lol! His friends give him some crap sometimes but they're just ragging on him. Truth is, they thought I was 28ish until he told them my real age.
One of my friends is 38 and her boyfriend is 24, and his coworkers are constantly giving him crap over it, but they can't stand her so I think that has more to do with it then the age gap.
I see a LOT of older women/younger men couples, it's becoming more and more common nowdays. Society itself won't really care what you do, it's more about your friends. If you let them give you crap, they will. But hey, who cares what everyone else thinks? In the end, they're not the one going home with you.

Please! At least you arent trying to date someone who is 10 years younger. Society doesnt frown on the age gap you have, it isnt that big of a deal. Go for it buddy, get that cougar!

If you love her and she loves you, that's all that matters.
There are plenty of relationships out there with bigger gaps in age between the man and the woman, so honestly I wouldn't worry about it. Do what feels right and follow your heart!

of course thats ok. Love isnt anything but a random number. It has no effect on love. My bf. is 31 and I'm 23 but when I was 14 him and I werent together and we had sex and we had a beautiful baby girl together. We are totally in love and everything is perfect we raise her together and we live together giving her the best life possible.

I think That with love there is no age limit. I know of this couple where there is a 20 yrs. age difference and they are the happiest couple that i gave ever seen. Good luck with your relationship.
