Cook tortellini, reduce some cream until thick add pesto and Parmesan cheese maybe add extra chunks of chicken and toss together- Yummy
Or just cook the tortellini per the directions and toss in pesto while warm top with parm and you're good to go!

Just 'fry' up some butter till it starts to turn brown and smell nutty. Then throw in some fresh shredded sage. Add your tortellini, and toss lightly.
Simple - Light enough for the tortellini.

Saute some sliced onions, red and green peppers, mushrooms in a little olive oil. Then add your favorite tomato or spaghetti sauce and simmer. Add you tortellini last, and simmer another 15-20 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese when serving.

Make an alfredo sauce (block of cream cheese, 6 tbsp butter, milk) and pour over the chicken and noodles :)

I'm totally with gellybean. I just toss mine with pesto and top with Parm/asiago/Romano and some fresh pepper. Sometimes simplest is best!
