I would be very happy because the thought counts.I know other guys think I might be weird.But to be honest with you I think it's cute that she did something like that.

To be honest, probably nothing. Guys normally don't appreciate handmade things the same way that women do. To a guy, usually a card is just a card.
And a card from an ex either means very little (since he probably doesn't have any strong feelings for you anymore), or he might view it as slightly creepy -- especially if he has another girlfriend by now.
But it depends on the guy. You know him better than we do. I suggest that you just get over him and find someone else. You won't win him back with a card, dear.

My ex did that. It was really sweet, had pictures and made me cry. I ended up marrying her and now hate my life for marrying someone I'm not in love with.
