death of hypothermia? If you haven't read the story...a 23 yr. old guy got upset about his 2 yr old daughter being up and playing during the night and hit her when she would not go back to bed, knocking her out. He then wrapped her in a blanket and put her outside. They found her two days later...after following her "little" footprints in the snow. What would you do to this guy? It pisses me off that so many children become victims of "parents" who have no business having kids.

I believe parenting classes should start in Kindergarten - age appropriate of course. The classes should continue through high school so that when people graduate they know how to do everything from discipline to cooking nutritious meals to basic first aid.

Yes, I was very angry when I heard this story too. In my opinion, if you have these kinds of anger issues you should not have kids and if you happen to have them for heaven's sake give them up for adoption to someone who knows what they're doing!

I'm actually from the Pittsburgh, PA area (this happened in Pittsburgh) and personally 1. He should NEVER have had kids and 2. He needs to rot for this. I have no compassion for someone that would harm a child, let alone a baby that isn't even 2 yet!
