Do i really love him? We haven't even been together for a week but we have been friends for like 8 or 9 months now! He is absolutely amazing and i cant stop thinking about him! When im not with him i miss him even if it has only been a couple hours since the last time i saw him and it will only be a few before i see him again! He is the most amazing guy i have ever met! He is perfect in every way and i cant imagine life without him and i dont want to! He is everything i could ever ask for plus more! It just feels so right to sit with him holding his hand! He tells me a lot of the same stuff about missing me and being perfect and etc. Do i really love him though i feel like i do and I never want to lose him

These strong feelings will simmer down over time. True love endures. I don't think you can call it love until the strong feelings die down and you are still committed, but in a much more real sense.
Right now, it's infatuation with strong potential.

Sounds like love to me...I have gotten involved with a 'friend' before and although the romantic part of the relationship ended, we are still friends ~ good friends. I have this kind of relationship with several ex-boyfriends, so if you're both decent people and true friends ~ this is something I think you should absolutely talk about and give it a try. They say the person you marry should be your best friend ~ sounds like you've already won half the battle!!! You both just need to be mature enough to realize if being 'a couple' is possible for you two, and if not, commit to staying best buds anyway! It can be done.

Only you know for sure if you're in love or not. None of us on here can tell you what you feel. But from what you are saying, it sounds like it. My boyfriend and I weren't together for that long when we both fell in love with each other, but we did know each other for quite some time before then. The things you are talking about here are exactly what I felt for my boyfriend and I still do. So, I think you are in love.

If you have to ask, then it's infatuation. If it was real love, you'd know it, without a doubt.

Right now, you aren't even seeing things clearly. Absolutely NO ONE is perfect. Later on, you will begin to see his faults. Dont go too far with him till you know him a lot better.

maybe but wait..beacuse i wrote almost the same thing you did and 3 months later we were saying we hated one another. Enjoy the feeling now, don't worry about what the feeling is. Time will answer your question ultimately.

Love is built over time, and you do have time with him. I would tell him how you feel and see if he feels the same. Good luck.

I think you do. I think you should go for it and tell him how you feel.
