CHERRY DUMP CAKE
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
2 sticks butter, melted
Dump pineapple, including juice, into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread evenly. Spread the cherry pie filling over the pineapple. Spread DRY cake mix evenly over all. Then sprinkle coconut over that. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
QUICK CARAMEL ROLLS
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 tubes (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Place butter in a 13" X 9" baking dish, heat in a 375 degree oven until melted. Sprinkle with pecans. Add ice cream topping and mix well. Remove dough from tubes (do not unroll); cut each section of dough into six rolls. Arrange rolls in prepared pan with cut side down. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
QUICK COCONUT CREAM PIE--NO Bake!
1 pkg. (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
3/4-1 cup flaked coconut, toasted and divided
1 pie shell, baked
In a mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in half of Cool Whip and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of coconut. Pour into crust. Spread with Cool whip; sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Orange creamsicle cake
4 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 container orange sherbert
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Mix vanilla wafers and margarine. Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan, Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. While crust is cooling, set out sherbert and ice cream allowing them to soften.
Stir together the orange sherbert and 3/4 of the ice cream. The mixture should taste like a creamsicle. (You may add the rest of the vanilla ice cream if needed.) Spread mixture on top of crust, cover with foil and freeze for 3-4 hours.

I know many; Here is my favorite !!!
Layer a foil lined pan(9x13) with graham or soda crackers (yes makes no difference which cracker)
Melt 1 cup butter with one cup brown sugar.
Pour this over the crackers evenly so they all get some of it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon your oven. At 350* They are done when bubbling heavily.
Remove from oven and sprinkle 2 to 3 cups of chocolate chips all over these baked crackers, Wait 3 minutes or so then spread these chocolate chips all around like a frosting and set the whole pan aside to cool.
Cut & Enjoy... sooooooooooooooo simple and soooooooooooo good !!

Million Dollar Pie
1 can of fruit cocktail (drained of juice)
1 container of Cool Whip
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1/2 cup pecans
1 premade graham cracker crust
Mix 1st 4 ingredients and pour into crust, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.

Pistachio Pie
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple slightly drained
1 container of Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Stir the mix and pineapple together and let stand 10 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip, dump into the crust and refrigerate for a few hours.
Voila! Simple and yummy dessert!

This sounds weird but it's great
PICO DE JELLO
2 small (4 serving size) boxes lemon jello
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with green chilis
3 chopped green onions (little thin onions with green stems attached)
1 chopped red bell pepper
Boil 2 cups water, add jello and stir till disolved. Let cool, add other ingredients pour into jello mold ( 9" x 9") square pan works nicely. Refrigerate until jello sets.

Peanut Butter Cup Pie
2 cups peanut butter
1 large tub of cool whip
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 premade graham crust
1 bottle chocolate syrup (opt.)
Mix all ingredients except chocolate syrup, place in pie shell, place in fridge for 1-2 hours, top with extra cool whip and chocolate sauce.
Also,
Pudding Pie Crunch
2 boxes any flavor pudding
15 pieces almond or cashew roca (crushed)
1 premade graham or cookie pie shell
Make pudding as directed on box, put into shell, top with crushed roca, chill and serve.

Skor Bars
1 box of original Ritz crackers
1 bag of Skor chips
1 can of condensed milk Eagle brand
Mix all 3 ingredients together, crushing up the crackers, place in pan, smoothing it out. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Frozen Yogurt Pie
2 containers of fruit yogurt
1 tub of coolwhip
mix and pour into a graham cracker crust. Freeze, slice and serve.
Pink Fluff
1 container of cottage cheese
1 can of shredded pineapple (drained)
1 container of coolwhip
1 pkg. of cherry or strawberry Kool-Aid
Mix. Chill. Serve.
Fruit Burritos
1 can of fruit pie filling
1 pkg. of tortillas
Spread pie filling on tortilla. Roll up and eat. These can also be warmed up in the microwave or fried in a skillet.
