Has anyone tried this hollywood fasting drink. I keep hearing about it on the radio and TV. I am not sure of the name. However these are the ingrediants:

Lemon juice
Honey
Pepper
Water

I might be missing a few, but I think thats it. What is the benefit of this drink. I never fasted, but this drink is all over the media. How do you feel about it?

I've done it before---It feels good afterwards. Usually it recommends about 10 days of fasting. There are lots of side affects that you might not like. Any way the main purpose is to cleanse your body--yes you do loose weight, but you gain the majority of that back.

This is called the Lemonade Diet, or Master Cleanse. It is nothing more than a clever gimmick. Beyonce went on it to lose a bunch of water weight before a movie. Anyway, it supposed to be "cleansing." No one needs a cleansing diet, because your body cleanses itself naturally via digestion and elimination. Anyway, you may lose some weight but it will be nothing but water and fluids, so the number on the scale will be lower, but you won't look any different size-wise. Also, when you begin eating again, no matter how healthy, you will gain it all back since it wasn't fat loss to begin with.

You heard about it on the tv and radio. That should tell you something right there. Everything on the tv and radio is there to get you to buy things, and more times than not , it's stuff you don't need.

NONONONO!!!
The only safe way to diet is exercise and eating properly.
Don't do this to your body.
