eat healthy fats with protein for breakfast, and then eat 4-6 ounces of protein with each meal. Avoid all sugars and skip sugary fruit like banana, grapes. etc.

Though I LOATH water (boring) I FORCE myself to drink it. I've been told by MANY dieticians that an 8 oz of water before and after a meal curbs your appetite. It is true, unless of course you're bored and hunger has nothing to do with it. In THAT case - if it's warm enough - go walk. If not - go to the Mall and walk - keep yourself busy!! Good luck!

My biggest meal is usually dinner and I usually have skimpy other meals so right before dinner I like to eat an apple and it really curbs my appetite.
