well from a political point of view the liberals usualy have much better tactics while the conservitives just go "yeah we're gonna invade and win and we're all gonna have a big happy democracy-party with balloons if you vote for them". On the other hand, the conservatives really enjoy their gun rights while the liberals want to liberate guns from our society. it seems like they're both loosers and personaly i don't like either one.

The liberals win, historically. Look at the ever-expanding nature of civil rights, women's suffrage, end of slavery, acceptance of things like interracial marriage and such. All of those advancements, which we now think of as normal and correct and right, were fought tooth and nail by the "conservatives" of their time. Conservatives make a lot of noise, but really can't stop progress.
