Empanada, you can find the shells in the frozen section made either from corn or regular flour, easy to fill, with beef or chicken and easy to fry. Follow directions on package. It is as good as home made.

"Frita" This is a spanish hamburger made with beef, pork and paprika is added to the mixture. It is served on a hamburger roll with ketchup, diced onions and potato sticks. It is awsome!!!

It's usually referred to as "Pastelillo de carne", so as not to confuse it with cupcakes, which are called "pastelillos" too.
