No, seriously. All women are different, and the nipple play that drives some women wild will make others go "DON'T DO THAT!" Some parts are pretty safe (the clitoris is always popular, the mouth, the neck, the breasts), but without an understanding of the mind inside the body you always risk doing something that's a turnoff.

Well, I'm going to have to go with the nipples and clitoris on this one. The neck isn't bad either.
After thinking about this a bit more, the upper most part of the back of the thigh, right below the cheek, that's a great one too!.
