Tecnicality Voodoo only applies to Black Magic practiced in some Caribbean countries. It is different from Santeria (Mexico) and Candomble and Orixas (Brazil). The cases mentioned are Christian mixtures with traditional African beliefs.

They are very different. The one thing they have in common though is that neither Native American beliefs nor Voodoo are "universalistic" religions. They are believed to be strong for the believers and powerful in certain location, but are not for everyone and everyplace.
Most Native American beliefs are tribal in origin. They are believed strongly by a specific group (family, tribe, nation, whatever is true for the belief), but are NOT expected to be believed by everyone. The pantheon mostly consist of gods, heroes, and spirits but there is no set system (similar to Celtics). Belief is tied to stories and events. Beliefs can change with need though the change is not treated lightly. Other tribes beliefs are respected and may be adopted, negotiated with or even fought with.
Even this is too specific since we are talking about hundreds of tribes and dozens of nations each with their own beliefs.
Voodoo and Hoodoo are similar but have more to do with the place they are believed and the type of the people.
Voodoo or Voodun is the OPEN faith of many Mediterranean peoples in places like Haiti. It used to be a hidden belief but the open rebellion of the slaves lead to freedom and happened a long time ago.
Hoodoo is the still often hidden religion of the United States’ south. Though the slaves were freed and desegregation rights were won, the south is far form a safe place to be open about African-American beliefs. In some ways that makes it a more intense/feared religion but less respected.
Both have some tribal aspects. Both have strong Catholic aspects as well (most of the slaves were forced to go to Catholic church; it was the law). Mostly they are like a Mafia hierarchy; the people respect and fear their gods/spirits.

Hoodoo is hollywood bull crud.
Native American Shamanism is based on natural healing. By that I mean, a whole ceremony designed to heal the ill individual using the heal of certain gods and/ or goddesses and herbs with medicinal properties, such as the asper root (found in aspirin).
This religion is not the work of the christian devil, either.
Paganism is based on almost the same idea, except Pagans cast a circle (by the way, Celticism, Wiccanism, Shamanism and Druidism are all under the Pagan category) and call upon certain gods and/or goddesses for things other than healing, such as luck with money, health, love, and well-being. Again, not the work of the christian devil.
Christians believe in one god and don't use natural herbs. More or less likely they will go to a doctor and be told to take a potentially dangerous drug to remove cancer. Christians also have a tendency to not cast a cirlce or hold a ceremony; rather they sit in rows of benches and listen to one particular leader of this church, the priest, talk about and read scriptures from a very old book. This religion is the only one that believes in two major spirits, a god and a devil. They have a tendency to label every other religion the work of their devil, which is absolutely not true.
Satanists have one ritual, and no, it's not the "black mass." Instead, it is rather similar to the Pagans circle casting, except the Pagans start East, and the Satanist start North. Like the Pagans, also, the Satanist uses candles, incantation, and hopes for the best. Satanists do NOT worship the christian devil. A Satanist is his or her own god or goddess, respectively, and lives by whichever lifestyle makes him or her happy, and little or no doctrine is required.
Nihilists aren't awful for the community, but little is known about the Nihilists here. The Nihilist has it set in his or her mind that there is no reason for life, there's no point to being born and there certainly is nowhere besides to the grave or cremated after we die. Nihilists don't live by a doctrine and are not bound by the common law of the land. They live for themselves and no one else. But they also believe in giving to those who need, and not sparing love on idiots. This way of living is not the work of a devil.
i hope this helped. It would have been a lot better for me to cut and paste, but I decided to type out everything with memory.
Yeah, I hope it helped.
There are still other religions out there, but these are the ones I know about very well. I left out Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Muslim, Luciferian, Santeria, Brujeria, Shintoism, and a few more I don't remember the names of.

They all use herbs to heal. Voodoo and I think Hoodoo (I'm not sure what the difference is) are anthropologically believed to have mixed some Catholic beliefs in with island beliefs. They light candles and all that. It's not evil like the movies say.
Native American medicine is very advanced. They know what herbs heal almost anything. Instead of lighting candles they burn white sage to make bad spirits or vibes go away.
Native American healing at least, and maybe Voodoo/hoodoo I know consentrates on healing the emotions before healing the physical. They realize the emotions have a really deep impact on our physical health. Western medicine treats the symptoms.

I believe that Native americans are just that. Native too America if every other continent had people on it why couldn't America? And about the monolid thing (That's what it's called) It has nothing to do with Asia a lot of people in my family have monolids I don't know if were Asian were considered mulattoes though, and an Indian is someone from India. The whole thing got mixed up because when Christopher Columbus landed on what is now America he thought he was in India. My family is mixed to and some of us have the DNA too prove it. White (Irish,French, and English) Native American (Don't know what tribe.) and of course Sub Saharan African A.K.A. Black. Hope this helps. :D

To each their own. And being Native Indian I take offense as how you grouped my people into Witch Craft and Voodoo, both items and works of Satan.
Few points....Native Indians believe in all we need is provided by Earth. All food, clothing, shelter and medicine. One is well know as its made fun of through comments of smoking a peace pipe. And most assume Indians are just stoners. Pot heads if you will.
Well its funny how ancient science all the way back to ancient China has used pot for many medical reasons. And just recently the largest study on pot took place. And guess what....they realized that smoking pot, no matter the amount, does not cause cancer....and in fact....it cures several of them. Another report is showing that those that smoke pot do not later get Alzheimer's.
So Native Indian beliefs are false as they do not fit the white mans way. Yet today, white man is realizing what we have known for 1,000's of years.
White man is just a scared soul that must destroy all it sees as it has no home to call home. This is why white man took over America, wants wars, starts wars, wants guns, doesn't listen to nature, why they destroy nature, etc. White man is a scared soul, its why they are white.
Natives have a simple belief....for 2 men to smoke a peace pipe together, this means there shall be no lies between them. So.....if everyone smoked with another in the world, just once.....the world would have peace, as there would be no lies.
I do believe you owe myself and all other Reds an apology for grouping our people and our species in with acts of Lucifer. Cause even Natives do not practice such witchcraft...not even the Medicine man.

Difference is some are magical believes, but like Native Medicine (at least speaking from the view of only info I have heard about one tribe of people) was/is an extensive knowledge of plants and whatnot and what certain ones could effectively be used for. Things that 'modern' medicine has taken forever to figure out again...

None whatsoever.
Native Americans have been eating bark from a tree to relieve pain LONG before the White man manufactured Asprin from the same bark! Voodoo does not do those kinds of things!

Different countries, different customs, different ways. Sometimes is spirits, sometimes is ghosts. Sometimes is the dead, sometimes is the livivg. Sometimes is the saints. Sometimes even, the devil. It all depends. There is the good one and the bad one. To tell you the truth I practice it to protect myself from evil and from people that want to harm me. And it works if you have faith and believe.
