If you feel that you are being neglected and taking second place to her career, then it sounds as though it isn't the right relationship for you. Both of you have different priorities...today its work, tomorrow it will be something else.
Cheating is the immediate fix...and will end in the ending of your relationship. Ultimatums are of no use either, as they may force her to make a decision she doesn't want to make.
Cut your losses...get out of the relationship...and find someone who will put you first. She's not a bad person...just not the right person for you.

Have you tried talking to her to let her know those things? maybe hard on your part to express your concern about time, but i guess a little effort will help understand both sides instead of keeping a grudge and taking it all against her.
And in being that fair, at least you did your part by giving her a chance to explain or change.
If it still doesn't work (she still clings to her career with an entirely different goal from yours) maybe she isn't emotionally available for you, and you better move on.
And you don't have to be cheating anymore :-)

Cheating is never the answer.Talk to her!!! I mean really if you feel you need more attention then let her know instead of going out and hooking up with other girls WHILE you are in a relationship. If you dont want to be with her then break up with her dont cheat thats just stupid.

How much do you love your g/f? Communication, have you told her you how you feel? If you're feeling that bad, then break up with her but only after you tell her your feelings and give her a chance to make it right. Isn't your relationship worth it?

I think so. Cheating may solve your problems. I'm sure when your wife finds out about it, you'll all have a big laugh.
