Being gay is not a disability. There is no such thing as a disability grant. And no state will give you a dime for a trumped up claim like this. Also, this has nothing whatsoever to do with taxes, and lastly, I seriously doubt that you are in or from the US.

If you are gay and also disabled, you would apply for disability just like any other person would. I assume you aren't saying that you're disabled BECAUSE you're gay - that isn't a disability.

Social security disability is a federal program, if you are covered under social security. Some states also have disability programs, and requirements for those vary by state.

NO, you must not apply for disability. Although your mental status should be evaluated for even asking such a question, the Social Security system does not list degenerate as one of their disabilities for which you may be compensated.
