i think they taste different, but i cat explain why.
i like most nuts but im not really into peanuts....

Peanuts taste different because they have a higher saturated fat content, and aren't as good as walnuts and almonds, that have a lower content. Walnuts and almonds are shown in studies to clean arteries, even if they're clogged. The suggested portion of both these nuts is 10 pieces of each at least four times per week.

Peanuts are not nuts, they are legumes. All nuts grow on trees or bushes, peanuts grow in the ground, just underneath the plant.

regular nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc.) grow on trees as compared to peanuts which are technically a legume (bean) & grow in the ground. not a big difference in the taste though....at least there isn't for me. I loooove peanuts & cashews.

All I can tell you is that peanuts grow in the ground, where as other nuts grow on trees.

Peanuts are nuts...but not all nuts are peanuts.
