Yeh, it will hurt your relationship if you push things.

That's a tricky one, a lot of people are very worried about ruining their friendships when they try out a more intimate one. Honestly, I would never date a man who was not my friend first. But a lot of people feel differently. You really have to look inside of yourself and examine how much you feel for her and whether or not your willing to risk your friendship for something that could be so much more. The trick though, if you decide to go with it, is to start out very slowly and think small. You already care about each other, the question is whether or not that love can spread into intimacy.

How do you KNOW she doesn't feel the same way? If she's your best friend, talk to her and see what happens. My best boyfriends started out as just friends.

Most likely. It'll be okay at first, but it's hard to forget that one person in the friendship has feelings for the other one. Of course, there's always that possibility that everything will be back to normal.

okay, this has happened to me once and only once. so you like your best friend, chances are its because you see way too much of each other. you also like the same things which is probably why you click so well with each other. but if you want to keep this awesome friendship, you must not cross that line. remember dawsons creek? yeah...think about it...

They say that the best relationships start off with your best friend. She could be the one that every one tries to find.

You've got a 50/50 shot on this one . . . she may decide she does not want to risk your friendship if things did not go well.
