You should make your training as realistic as possible. There is no height, weight, or skill class on the street. Learn to adapt, then it shouldn't matter.

It depends on the martial art.
Usually it is just the abiliy to perform a form for the lower ranks.
I couldn't get my yellow belt in Taekwon Do until I could also count to ten in Korean. Hanna, tul, set, net...

Depends on which studio really. Like most are group classes with different belt ranks, weight, height, and age.

Usually they try to get someone close to your size and skill. However they would combine everything up sometime so you get use to practice with someone of different size or skill level.

in training it gets mixed around, so you can learn from those better, bigger, not so good, smaller...
if you dont mix it up, you wont learn as fast.

neither.training and fighting are completely different.when you fight(ring)that is when your weight is matched.common sense.
