I'm friends with a guy, though we're not that cloase and I fancy him. His best friends know but I've sworn them to secrecy. Apparently he's really inexperienced at relationships and according to them- if I tell him I like him, I'll scare him off. But in my opinion if I wait too long he might find someone else.
Everyone Iv'e told says we'd be great together but it's not their opinion that counts, it's his.
Any ideas on what I could do? Perhaps a way to catch his eye? I dn't know, thats why I'm asking! Thanks for your help!

If he is that inexperienced then he won't ask you out - make friends and ask him to go for a coffee or something. Then take it from there

2 things:

*First, it's good you don't listen to the opinions of other's. I compliment you on that thought.

*Second, if Life teaches you anything you learn that "if it is meant to be it will be". You can't escape that fact, no matter what you do or where you go. If you too are meant to be together, you will be.

The focus of your issue is presentation, however, which is interesting. You will know the best way to present it to you. I do recommend 'not' doing it in public, asking a lot of open ended questions (Views on relationships, Outlook on life - trust me, that topic will present itself even if you don't ask), and expressing your thoughts on the same topics. Reason for that is it will show him how much you have in common - which will make it easier for both of you to talk about a future together.

Next time you talk with him, look for an opportunity for the two of you to spend some time together without the rest of your friends around. You don't want to make it sound like a date, but if there's something he wants to do or a movie he wants to see (& it sounds OK to you) why not suggest the two of you go together ? No big deal, its just that you have a spare evening or two & you don't want to waste them doing nothing etc etc

Hope it works out for you.

Let your Heart, have a talk with his. It's old-Fashion. But it's the best way to make it work, in the long run. We've taken Love away from where it's suppose to grow from. Not the crotch. Not the Bank. And not from fears of loneliness. It's from your Heart. If you throw your Bod, in it. You're gonna get hurt. Your Heart can let it happen, slowly. For the both of you. Try it!

Ask him - if you have feelings for him then you need to know where you stand
