Maybe because everything is cooked in chicken fat. Or the same oil never gets changed and then it tastes like the last thing cooked, which was chicken.
Try changing your oil in the deep fryer. It might help.

No matter where you come from chances are you have had chicken. Some folks don't eat beef and some others pork, chicken is eaten by everybody so thats why.
