Are you serious??? Just be yourself , if those people were close enough to you to be friends dont you think they would know your not a skater?? Does it really matter what group you fall into I mean really? Its your life, live it (skater hair and all )

If your FRIENDS dont believe you when you tell them, then just let your actions show them. You shouldn't even be really worried about what they think you are if you KNOW that you aren't and you don't even ACT like a skater.

I'm guessing you're in middle school or high school, and that place is all about stereotypes. Once you all graduate, it changes a little, not by too much though. They're just picking on you because they dread moments when other people turn around and pick on them, that's why they've got to get the jump start by picking on others first.
