No, you're not asking for too much.
He's partially to blame for not keeping you informed of, at least, how he's doing.
After spending quality time with someone, the least you can do is give a courtesy call......even if you're tied up.
So, honestly, if it wasn't a death in the family, then in all likely hood he came back down to reality.
The first few dates are seemingly perfect, but the performance wears off and you'll see the "real" him. I have more on this subject, but not enough space.
Key point: have a talk with him and tell him that you're interested, not only in seeing him, etc.....but how he's doing. Tell him that you don't expect anything, but touch base to let you know if he's ok. He won't feel this as a threat and will open up to you more.
Good luck!

Yeah, I totally agree that a text or email every now and then wouldn't hurt. However, since you guys aren't official, he can technically do this. It's not fair, and yeah it's pretty rude, but maybe you should give him a little space. Besides, lots of times when you just call him once or twice a week or just kind of play hard to get in a relationship, he'll see how much he misses you and he'll want the game to be back on.

your not asking to much!! i know exactly how u feel. as u said it's not that hard to send a text or something. but the thing is u say u both have busy schedules, but I'm sure u have found time to communicate with him. but i also wonder if it's a girl thing. maybe as females we get attached a little too quickly. i hope ur not having daydreams about u and him... but to conclude it is early days let him contact u, it will kinda give u an idea how interested he is at this stage.x

If he really likes you, he will find time to send a quick text message or email. Nobody is that busy!!!!
On the other hand, if you dont' want any more out of the relationship, don't worry about it. Just be sure you don't become the "booty call".

U are in the right, if he want to be with you he'll do it regardless of schedule. Sorry to bear the bad news. Us guys are very one dimensional when it comes to this kind of thing. We lie and say, things like "yeah sorry been so busy but work, sports yadda yadda" translation, I'm just doing u when there is nothing better around and as soon as I find a nice girl its dumpsville for u

If you like this guy, then give him space or you are going to push him away. Men do not like women who are controlling and that's what you are doing to him. You say you aren't an official couple, so he has really no obligation to let you know where he is or what he's up to.

Since he's not officially your boyfriend, nothing. If you tell him you want a more serious relationship then things would be different, but as it stands there's not commitment in your relationship so you shouldn't expect more of him.
