i've been seeing this guy for a while now i know he likes me but on what level i'm not too certain he hasn't had a girlfriend in a while, but he was "dating" women. i obviously like him, i would like us to be together but i'm not sure of how to aproach him. what the best way???

Babygirl, the best way to handle this is to talk to him.
How you can do this is go out to dinner together, or just for drinks.
Ask him what attracts him to women. Ask him what it takes to sustain a good relationship with him. Ask him what his priorities/values are (list 5).
From there you can gain your insight IF you even want to be with him.
Keep this in mind, you still have lots to invest before you REALLY know him.
But, given the answers from above, you'll have a head start if you want to pursue.
If so, then tell him that you're interested in seeing what can happen.
He'll respect that and appreciate your perspective and you'll be good.

Ask him if he is dating other women right now besides you.
Say it nicely and not threatening to put him on the defense. You will get the truth.....
If he is ,you have your answer, if he isn't then he is being exclusive to you.
That is all you need to know right now.
If you are being intimate without knowing for sure, you had better re think this...
Make sure you are not sleeping with all his partners and their partners.
Being intimate without the love is a mistake.....

just ask him what are his plans in the future. Ask him if he ever plans on getting married later on in life. if so then he should be ready for a commitment if thats what you want. i actually approached my bf over 4 years ago and came flat out and asked him if hes looking to be in a relationship and he said yea , with me. so just come flat out and ask him girl. good luck!
