I see this Guy twice a Week on Mondays and Wednesdays and we Just reciently started Chatting and Exchanged phone #'s a week or 2 ago, Anyways we were Chatting yesturday and I was flirting with Him and I Know he was flirting back because he Kept Grinning and He "Claims" he's a Shy guy and He is also Muslim, he's White...Anyway I called him last night before he went in to Work cause I said I call him, and He was like "I Love the attention, but I don't want you to think Im Leading you on" So I was like okay, and He also implied that What he wants to Do Will Good, But he knows that It won't be Good, and I Guess he said that because of His religion becuz Muslim's Can't date, eat meat, etc of Strict Rules. So anyway, he asked me if I cooked, etc making small talk and The conversation threw me Off a little Because ever since he Said that, Im probably going to Play myself again and Waste my Time, So what's the Deal with this Guy??? Advice, anybody?

**But Why did he Say "What he wants to Do will or Would be Good But he Knows it Won't be Good? Is that Religion based?

you already know the answer to your own question. he may like you, but i doubt that he'll date you. and he even told you. i strongly suggest you stop thinking about him as more than a friend because that wont go anywhere and you'll just end up hurt and beating yourself up because you know this was gonna happen.
