How do you make "Chicago" style hot dog? I had one years ago -forgot what all was on it!?

I seem to remember it even had tomatoes (sliced, not ketchup)...but what else - I was just a kid and I can't remember all the toppings.

vienna beef hot dog
poppy seed bun
mustard
chopped onion
relish
sliced tomato
sport peppers
celery salt
sliced pickle

OR you can make a garbage dog

use all the above
plus
ketchup
cucumber
