i have been pestering by this girl .I hope i can tell her straight to the point i don't like her not that kinda of love relationship. However i can't say that .please help ? She is my colleague and i don't want other people saying i hurt her feeling.

Your best bet is to just write her a small note on a piece of paper and give it to her when u get off work.
Tell her u just like her as a friend only and she has
no chemistry otherwise.
U will feel relieved then.

You can't make someone dislike you at all. If she likes you you have to deal with it.
However just tell her that you are not interested in her like that.
If she gets upset she will get over it.

Well this is hard, cause you cant tell her you dont like her that way without causing some emotion. But its better to get it over with soon.

call her a friend, like when you are talking to some one else say hi! bla,bla bla, this is "my friend." talk about some other girl ,or bring another girl with you and hug that girl. or just be honest with her.
