We usually meet outside england but this time he would like to come to me so probably will stay longer. do Iranians need work permit or any other important permits to stay here longer?

Stick with your normal routine and meet outside England.
I think the Country Full sign is on the British door and then we will be closed for urgent repairs.
You and he could live in Iran as I am sure his family would be most welcoming and I understand Iran is lovely at this time of year.

you mean a visiting VISA or working VISA?
For a visit/tourist visa it shouldn't be a problem...just check with the Home Office...immigration section on the website
for a working permit, he needs skills that are in demand (such as medical, engineering, IT perhaps).
If that's too much, you will just have to bite the bullet and marry him...

Tell him to stay in iran as we have enough potential terrorists here already, then you can go and stay there with him and see how long he stays withyou without the chance of getting into Britain
