A brie and grape toasted sandwich is good.
Mature Cheddar and apple on brown bread.
Chicken and mango is nice as is bacon, brie, rocket and mango on toast.
Bananas on toast and bread are good.
Cherry and pork or beef go well together as well with some endives.

Apple is nice when cooked in sugar and then made into a toaty sandwich.
bannana some like it mashed some like it just sliced on sandwiches also a few saltanas in my mashed bannana is lovely and healthy I dont put any marge/butter on.
Tomatoe now like these sliced on bread but toast I like them cooked and have a toasty sandwiches.

The most interesting fruit combo on a sandwich that I've ever had has been peach with brie cheese, on bread. This was an original recipe put together by a caterer I knew. He named it after himself, but I've always thought it made an interesting combination of flavors.
