You make me really think this one. Kings of the earth still have a change to be saved because they have not chosen to serve Satan.
One true King is God. : )

They are the same. Kings of the earth, or people in positions of power are actually beholden to Satan because they donot acknowledge the power and right to rule of the one true god Jehovah and his designated king Jesus Christ. All governments big or small are enforcers of Satan's will, just look at the way they oppress, intimidate and kill their subjects thriough their corrupt ways, immoral acts and bloodthirsty agendas. Do you really believe that one human can bring peace and order to this wicked system of things we are subject to? Only our Lord and true king Jesus Christ can, and the day is fast approaching when He will return and destroy all of Satan's Kings and Princes, including Satan Himself.

There is not thing that is the same. God is King and there is only one God. You can not compare God to the Devil. God is light (TRUTH) and the Devil is darkness (LIE).
