how many chapters does the NIV translation Bible have?

if I read 4 chapters a day, will i finish reading it in a year?

NIV stands for New International version.
The Protestant Bible has 1189 chapters. The Catholic Bible has 1328 chapters (kinda). Some things in the Catholic Bibles that I presently have have the added items as Chapter A (type stuff) (not counted in the above numbers.
