She would need a very big razor after all, where would a razor that size come from, I guess we can assume God has hairy legs and armpits too.

maybe god is blonde and very smooth and doesn't need to shave.
I wonder if he trims below the belt. I figure the curtains usually match the drapes but to find out for sure, then you could probably determine if he needs to shave and how much shaving he may have to do.
I bet all the angels help him shave. They all fly around with their little razors in hand and all take a swing until it's done.

God doesn't shave her face because she has no mortal body. She is a spirit entity of which we cannot understand the composition she/he is made of.
