Answering dispatched calls, driving around in your district, marking out for a lunch break, follow up on old calls that have not been resolved yet. sitting somewhere and talking to your friends on your cell phone, so people think that you are running radar. Giving out a false location to dispatch so you don't have to take a call. Since your dispatcher friend already nexteled you about the call, before airing it over the official channel, so you can avoid taking it.
