proteins:
whole eggs
fish
lean beef
poultry

grains:
whole oats
lentils
beans
whole grain rice

fats:
seeds
nuts

fruits:
apples
oranges
grapefruit
strawberries
cherry's

veggies:
leafy green vegetables are the most nutritious, the darker the better

If you eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day, your metabolism speeds up and you get full faster. :) DO THIS. I do and it keeps me very trim. (that and the gym)

try nuts and grains...they contain healthy oils....eat lots of fish as well..they contain protein and are much more easier to digest....don't forget to consume plenty of fruits and veggies
