needs to go down plz help.........only 5 pounds all i need...i did adkins witch is 20 carbs a day it workssssssssssssss .........im happy im size o and 1 in pants just that i gain 2-3 pounds inwinter to cold jahjah ......plz help

I don't mean to sound all preachy and judgy, but if you fit in a size 0 pair of pants, you really shouldn't be losing any more weight. They call it size 0 for a reason- there's nowhere else to go after that. However, if the belly pooch still plagues you, I think the best course of action would be to join a Pilates class, or get some Pilates workout videos. It's a good way to tone up the belly fat without having to lose any more weight. If your muscles are all lean and tight, you will look fantastic regardless of how much you weigh.

If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises like walking,rowing and swimming. Losing fat around the stomach takes time. I have yet to meet an atkins customer (and I've met a few dozen in my work) who managed to keep the weight off. They can all lose, and they all gain it back, so rry to say. So be careful as you begin to eat like a normal person again.

How to lose the last 5? Exercise. Weights, cardio.

oh, hon.... you are not fat. be kind to yourself and try to accept yourself. i had an eating disorder and it was no fun! not at all worth it!!!!
