I'd say no because I am a witness to this question. First of all, there are too many immature ppl who work with anyone. People are attracted to drama and other stuff. If you date the person.... yall should not be at the same job. Where I used to work, this lady started dating someone at the job. So many things was being said. They were saying how many times they have done it and what was being done. Then one day the guy had bumps on his lips and everyone thought they both got something. He tried to tell us it's a cold sore. Long story short, they broke up and in between their focus on their job decreased. However, if you were dating the person and yall came to the job together it could work. Anyway, you are gonna do what you want to do. Good luck to ya though.

No, no, a thousand times NO! While it's all fun and good now, what will happen if you guys get SERIOUS and then have a break up? You'll still have to work together and face this guy every single day.

Besides, the office rumor mill can be so incredibly cruel. Furthermore, there may be a non-fraternization policy at your work, so you should look into that as well.

I would strongly recommend shopping around for a boyfriend someplace else.

I have actually dated a co-worker in the past and I would have to say no. And this is why...we still work together and our relationship between each other isn't the problem. My fiance makes my life miserable with the fact that I work with my ex. So although it may seem like a good idea now...think about how it will be if it doesn't work out. For one, it will be weird for a while after you break up and if you get into a relationship with someone else it will be weird for them.

A) You should look at your fratanization policy at work for guidelines. B) If you both go out, no company business should be discussed, especially if either of you are a higher position. C)There is nothing wrong with an 'age difference' relationship, but it can only go so far before incompatibility becomes an issue. If you date a coworker, be careful.

if the feelings are right, theres no reason why you can't date but since he is a co worker, make sure you realize that when theres issues, you will have them at work with him too. Thats a touchy situation, so make sure you are prepared for all that this relationship may entail

well from experience, i can tell u that dating within work never works. it doesnt matter what the age is, usually it doesnt work cuz u guys see each other a lot, then if ur work involves u interacting with other people sometimes ur significant other starts getting jelous and then if things dont work out, u still gotta work with that person. so i personally wouldnt date somebody @ work again.

You should never ever date someone that you work with in close proximity. Now if you two are different departments, floors, work groups, then yeah, it's OK.

BUT NEVER if you're thisclose in the office....Wont work out. Bad juju and all that.

why not. age has nothing to do with it. just rember when you date someone you work with try to be friends if it dosn't work out so you don't feel weard working together afterwards.
