It's God- he/she probably doesn't have any. I know God is always pictured as this old, white-bearded dude, but I think that if really such a thing as God exists, it's more like a big shiny celestial mass, like the way the Milky Way looks, sort of, and maybe He or She can appear to us in human form at times, but I don't think God is human, or like a mammal or creature at all, so God doesn't have any organs, reproductive or otherwise.

Yes He has, but He does not needed to use it to reproduce, nor He needed a woman to reproduce either. He impregnated material nature by the energy of His glance, and nature become agitated, and variates of different form of life become manifest.
And since His nature is in completely bliss, sex life is meaningless for Him, is completely inferior pleasure. Here for us in this material wold, sex life is the highest pleasure but in the kingdom of God is completely absent. In fact, the very pure love for God has been transform into lust in this material world.

God is a spiritual being, not a physical being, therefore no organs needed.

God is not human and cannot be ascribed human traits.
if you are refering to the human body of Jesus Christ, He arose within that body for all to see.
what then happened to it is unknown.
I would guess Jesus Christ disposed of it somehow and assumed His appearance as God.
