Tony Stewart will win, but the margin will be tiny, I say they will cross the line 3-wide, with Dale Jr. and Boris Said(I have a wierd feeling about this) losing to Tony by mere inches, with no official winner announced for a couple days.
That's just a crazy scenario, but who knows? It's not impossible.

I am a huge Jr fan. I would like to see jr. win, but to be honest with all the distractions, the contract negotiations, just don't think his head will be focused enough to win. Tony will probably win.

Scott Riggs has been really fast in testing and has a real chance of winning. He has always run fast at Daytona in testing and even qualifying, it's just that 500 miles kind of kicks his ***. The length of the shootout gives him a shot at it for sure.
