Okay, this Guy that has went on like 2 dates with my now Ex-Friend asked me out on the Phone yesturday. I liked him the the First moment I saw him and I was forced to Tag along like a 3rd wheel on my Ex-Friend date with him, anyways she told Him it was someone Else she was interested in and didn't hang out With anymore after that because he Told me this last night on the Phone when he Called me and he Only Called me because I texted him first to See what he was up to, And to FLIRT, LOL, anyways He was like Yeah his B-day is Monday and If I wasn't doing anything this weekend he Wanted to hang out because he Hangs around too Many Guys and Needed more girls to Hang around with and I Was just confused like Did he want to hang out as Buddies? We both have Similar Qualities and both Want a Relationship and Both had our Heart broken before, He told me he's Not talking to my Ex- friend anymore, So why did he Say he needed more Girls to hang around becuz He hangs out with Too many Guys??

Although me and this Ex-friend isn't talking, you Don't think im being Wrong for hanging out with a Guy she went on a date on, I mean she didn't Even like him, she Just used him for Rebound because the Guy she obsesses over got into an argument with her 2 days before so I guess she was having her Cake and Eating it too?! I Really don't know if He wants ONLY to get in my pants, But i guess I shall see! I Want something serious and Not a Fling or a One night stand and He did say he Was hurt before and that He wants a Beautiful Black smart Women...Sounds like me!

Just go with it and see what happens. He just got dumped. Honesty he's probably hedging his bets so that he doesn't put himself on the line and then get hurt again.
And would it be so bad to have him only as a friend? It sounds like at the very least he thinks you're an interesting person to be around.
Another thing to consider - a lot of long term friendships can bloom into romance later on. Don't rush things. Just enjoy spending time with him and learning more about him. After spending time with him you may not even like him! One of the biggest mistakes women make is to rush into romance - view him as a friend, a cool guy to hang with. He'll let you know when he's ready to step it up.

I think that he just wants to hang out with you like a buddy. Guys like to hang out with girls and have fun without having to worry about other girls or if their girlfriend is going to be mad. He wants to get to know you better, though, as a person. Just have fun with him as a friend first and be yourself. If he does start to like you, then hey go for it. He'll tell you if he does like you.

This question is very convoluted and confusing...just like your approach to the relationship(s). Relax. Have fun. Stop over analyzing, breath and stop putting so much pressure on yourself and friends. You have your whole life to try to control things and micro-manage. Let life unfold and you might have a little better time of it.

thats his immature way of saying he wants to take you out. Come on. he figures out he hangs around too many guys on his birthday weekend? laugh and accept it as a date. You should be able to tell at that time whether he wants to be friends or lovers:)
