please help!...i make around 25k a year but I cant use the 1040EZ because i need to claim student loan interest and charitable donations....(do I need to a different form for the donations?) thank you

you need to file a 1040 with a schedule A however you need to make sure that you have enough deductions to exceed your standard deduction. IE if you are single you have to have over 5,150 dollars worth of itemizable items such as property tax,car registration fees,cash and non cash donations. if you don't may I suggest the 1040A

You would need to use the 1040 and The Schedule A to claim charitable deductions. That is an itemized deduction, if your total itemized deductions are lower than your standard deduction amount you would not claim the Charitable contributions. In that case you could use the 1040A

Use Turbo Tax!
All you have to do is enter everything and they put it where it belongs!
It is so easy and and you use them to actually file you can get your refund in less than a week!

Just use the 1040A
it is not much different.
