Woman like sex just as much as men do, some even more. So yes for some woman phone sex could be a turn on, and some woman dont like it. Same thing goes for men, some men like it, some dont.
And I doubt that a woman would be faking phone sex, because unlike real sex, she could just hang up the phone. lol

I've never heard of a woman that would pretend to like phone sex. Either they like it or it grosses them out......no in between.
