Doctors know best.
There may be nothing you can do-
but worrying will only damage what positive self-image she has.
And you may not even say a direct word, but she will notice you looking at her funny in the mirror, or commenting on how htose jeans meet her ankles too low or high, or wahtever, and seh'll ge the message.
I'd be more worried about her mental health.
Let me share a story.
A 13-yr-old girl once was fixing up for a school dance. Her mother looked over sholder, both facing the mirror. The girl moaned in some disappointment, and the mother said, "Don't worry, dear, if your nose grows any longer we can always set you up for surgery."
The girl burst into tears- she had never thought her nose was too long! But she would now, for the rest of her life.
Talk to the doctor, and if there's nothing you can do, Let It Go.

Well she still has time to grow. Why rush it and both of you are not all that tall, maybe she is taking after someone in the family. A girl will grow approx 2 to 3 yrs after she starts her cycle, just learned this yesterday from the orthopaedic surgeon. My godchild happens to have a curve in her back and was told that she will not grow anymore, she is 5 foot. It upset her. She excepts it. I would not worry about it, unless she is having some sort of pain with it. Then you should take her to the doctor. Otherwise give her time.

My 9 year old is shorter than most of the first graders at her school, but she's healthy. There's not much you can do to make a kid taller, but you can remain positive about her stature so that she doesn't develop self esteem issues in the coming years.

She'll probably hit a growth spurt soon. Don't worry...she's not even 10 yet! She hasn't hit puberty. And why is it so important to you that she gets tall? Be happy that she's healthy
