matter what I do it keeps on coming, and gets stuck in my throat and through my moath.......... you get the point. It's basically sick & gross. Can someone help?

You might want to go to the doctor, it sounds like a sinus infection. You'll get some antibiotics and you will feel better in a week or so.
I would agree with the others about Mucinex. I have a bottle right in front of me. I'm fighting a sinus infection and strep throat. It is some amazing stuff.

I get sore throats and stuffy noses a lot.. I would usually just drink hot tea and wait for it to heal... but if it doesn't heal for a long time, drink some medicine and make sure to drink enough orange juice (vitamin C) And get lots of rest and sleep :D Good luck :)

I suggest trying Mucinex. It should help with your congestion and also contains an expectorant to help your coughs become more productive. I used this when I was ill with a cold-type thing. Hope you feel better soon!

Drink a lot of water and use steam to loosen it so you can get it out more easily.
