No exercises are going to make you look like the "models on tv", and quite frankly that shouldn't be your goal anyway. It's unrealistic. If you feel that you are too skinny, discuss a diet regimen with a nutritionist that will help you gain weight in a healthy manner, and maybe look into some basic exercises you can do at home or even a personal trainer. While this will make you thicker, it is by no means going to give you a model body. That is genetics. You can't spot reduce in weight loss, and you certainly can't spot gain either. After you have gained the correct amount of weight and gotten the appropriate exercise, you need to be happy with the body it gave you. Good luck.

You should eat a lot of protein (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, peanut butter, soy, etc.). You can start lifting weights - please start with low-weight weights.
Carbs will also help you (potatoes, corn, rice, pasta, etc.). Don't forget to eat cereal with 1% milk. Remember that fruits and veggies play a big part in your health - even though they do not contain a lot of calories.
You can drink shakes between meals - as long as you are getting enough exercise. Stay away from fast food, junk-food, and fried foods - they are not healthy calories. The same goes for soda - empty calories.
There are TV shows which show you how to work out, as well as body-building books in the public library. My brother got bigger simply by playing baseball, and coaching his son's little league team.

There are three basic body types; ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Ectomorphs have high metabolisms, and find it hard to put on weight...especially before the age of 25. Mesomorphs have a pretty stable metabolism, and can typically regulate their weight easily, while endomorphs can look at a donut and get fat...
Your fighting a high metabolism, but it doesn't have to be a losing fight. Ice cream, peanut butter and bananas should find their way into your diet. Here's a surefire way to gain 1lb per day in body weight, but you gotta stick with it and stay active, such as weight training. Let's say you weigh 150 lbs...today. Then you want to take in 150 grams of protien...today. Tomorrow, you take in 151 grams, and so on. At 22, I put on 30 lbs of muscle weight in 30 days, doing this very same thing...so I know it works. Keep training, and you'll soon see the difference.

at 18 years of age with your natural testosterone production being in it's highest state you should have no problem increasing muscle mass "if" you are taking in sufficient calories. you need to focus on using compound exercises, bench, squat, dead lift, military press, etc. and you need to consume a lot of calories. start at your bodyweight x 20 and go from there. if you don't gain weight increase your cals by 10% every week until weight gain occurs. you want to get 40% of your daily cals from protein, 40% from carbs and 20% from healthy fats..

The width of your chest depends on your bone structure, and you cannot change that. You can make it look bigger without really being bigger depending upon the clothes you wear. Go to a store and ask one of the salespeople to help you pick out clothes that will make your chest look broader, or go with a friend who can help you try on things.

try working out and take supplements. they help you get body mass fster - it does take time though. You dont want to just eat a lot and get bigger (fatter) i doubt that is the look that you want, plus it is unhealthy.
