What is the best gift your kids could give to you? All of them would get along, and love one another, and help each other, and share all of their resources so that none would be hungry or homeless or without medical care. And they would take care of all you have given them, and be thankful, and not pollute or destroy their home or bodies.

God delights in lovingkindness and mercy in Jeremiah. The wise man, the rich and the stron have no reaosn for boasting, but one who truly knows God does and what he knows is that God delights in lovingkindness and mercy
God delights in those who look to Him for help and mercy Give Him what he wants not what you want to try and look good, Jesus said he came not to be served but to serve and give His life an atonement for sin... let JEsus serve you so you might serve God acceptably in response

The submission of one's will is really the only uniquely personal thing we have to place on God's altar. The many other things we 'give,' . . . are actually the things He has already given or loaned to us. However, when you and I finally submit ourselves, by letting our individual wills be swallowed up in God's will, then we are really giving something to Him! It is the only possession which is truly ours to give!
